Shipping policy

If item/s is made to order, shipping may take approximately 2 to 5 business days after production time. Occasionally, it may take 5+ business days for delivery during holidays or busier seasons.

Due to the nature of our business, every product that is made to order requires production time and processing the order. Once item is produced, there will be an update on shipping status.

Items that are not made to order will be processed in a timely manner and may take approximately 2 to 5 business days for processing time. Occasionally, it may take 5+ business days for delivery during holidays or busier seasons. Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery provider selected. 

Always ensure a valid address is provided. We are not responsible for missing or damaged packages while in transit. If a package is returned, buyer is responsible for shipping fees incurred (if any). 

*NOTE: If a package is missing with a shipping status as "Delivered", and you feel that your address is correct at the time of placing the order with Abscent Wonder, LLC, DBA Sweet Papyrus, please check with your family members, friends, neighbors, and the perimeter of the package's final destination. Abscent Wonder, LLC, DBA Sweet Papyrus is not responsible for any shipping directions other than addressing your package of its final destination.

Currently, we only ship domestically in the U.S.
