Social media live selling policy: When claimed items are paid and shipped, you agree to the "No refund, Return, and Exchange” policy. We will not offer refunds, accept returns, and exchange items once it is out of our hands. 

We understand that there may be rare cases where a customer may feel that they deserve a refund due to extenuating circumstances. In such cases, we encourage you to contact us to discuss concerns. We will do our best to address any issues and find a suitable solution for all parties involved.
